Privacy at MedRay

Information and clinic data

MedRay does not treat patient information as public data. Clinic information remains associated with the clinic using MedRay, and access to sensitive information is controlled through authenticated accounts and permissions.

Access and accountability

Access is managed through authenticated user accounts and role-based permissions. Clinic administrators can control what physicians, assistants, administrative staff, and other users may access or perform. Important actions are designed to remain attributable to authenticated users.

Security and continuity

MedRay uses encrypted connections when information is transmitted between users and MedRay services. Security controls are also applied to stored information within the platform’s infrastructure. Backup and recovery practices support data protection and service continuity.

AI and patient information

Supported AI capabilities follow the same principles of controlled access, privacy, and clinical responsibility as the rest of MedRay. AI is designed to assist healthcare professionals, not replace clinical judgment.
